Description of the Project

Project management assistance missions for the Gafsa hospital project, including:

• Support in preparing tender documents, technical and financial evaluation of bids, selection of the design team, and finalization of contracts
• Updating of procedure manuals:

• Design phase (architecture & special trades)
• Updating the equipment plan and defining the list of medical equipment and furniture needs
• Preparation & validation of the procurement plan (prequalification & tender documents)
• Company selection phase (consultation, analysis, selection, and contract awards)

Our Mission

Program of the hospital’s medical-technical platform:

• Adult, pediatric & obstetric emergency units with UHCD
• Diagnostic & interventional imaging platform with MRI, CT scanner, and conventional radiology equipment (fluoroscopy table, ultrasound, mammography & panoramic X-ray)
• Operating theater with 10 clean rooms including 1 hybrid room, obstetrics block and neonatal unit
• Neonatal, pediatric, medical & surgical intensive care units
• Day hospital including an outpatient surgery unit and a diagnostic & interventional endoscopy unit
• Outpatient consultations, diagnostic explorations & functional rehabilitation
• Inpatient services including:

  • Oncology & hematology with radiotherapy and chemotherapy units
