Facing the Mediterranean, the villa KH enjoys an exceptional land located on the heights
of the tourist subdivision «Kelibia La Blanche» opening on the sea of Kelibia.
Sensitive to environmental issues, the will of the owners was to realize
a residence composed of 2 independent levels that is respectful of the environment and with very low energy consumption.
Its design has therefore been optimised in order to have the lowest possible ecological impact.
The insertion of the project in the context was delicate since the volume with its frank volumes and meticulous lines had to be harmonized with its eclectic environment.

The aim is to achieve a natural integration while proposing a radical architecture.
The austere villa from the street gradually opens up to the visitor, leading him to the indoor garden and the swimming pool fully open to the landscape.
