Creation of a multidisciplinary medical and surgical center made up of two entities:
o A surgery and neurology clinic with a medical imaging platform interventional and diagnostic (vascular rooms, MRI, Scanner) and units functional explorations
o A center for functional re-education, balneotherapy and neurophysiological and urodynamic exploration with its hospitalization & convalescence structure
