Commitment to a major rehabilitation and compliance operation with new norms and international standards governing healthcare establishments. This operation was to be carried out in several phases, taking into account the obligation to keep the clinic in operation. As a result, the work was carried out in stages and spanned three years. The redevelopments concerned:
o The creation of a day hospital with fitted out stalls
o the creation of a new surgery platform with 10 new operating rooms and a sterilization center,
o The redevelopment of the emergency,
o The redevelopment and extension of the medical imaging platform with the installation of new devices (MRI, Scanner, Remote-controlled tables, Ultrasound machines, Mammographs, RIS & PACS systems)
o The redevelopment of the old cardiac catheterization room and the installation of a new device,
o The refitting of the hospital rooms on the 4th floor
o Installation of new nurse call, fire detection and smoke extraction systems
o The fitting out of new laundry / lingerie and kitchen
o The layout of the external consultation block
o Total refurbishment of the boiler room and logistics premises
