Planning of works
- Advice and feasibility study
- Assistance and coordination of project managers
- Elaboration of the general schedule of work for all trades
- Assistance in the preparation of tender documents and consultation of companies
- Analysis of offers and assistance in choosing companies
Piloting & coordination of works
- Direct and coordinate work on site.
- Monitor the quality of work and the implementation of materials.
- Organize and lead site meetings
- Support and coordinate the interventions of project managers on site.
- Monitor the progress of works and supplies.
- Monitoring and updating the completion schedule by trade
- Drafting and dissemination of the minutes of site meetings.
Financial follow-up of budget
- Develop the investment budget and establish the expenditure schedule
- Monitor budget commitment and capital expenditure and propose measures to be taken to overcome any tendency to overshoot
- Establish attachments contradictorily with companies
- Approve the provisional and final accounts of the companies and / or the suppliers’ invoices and present the settlement proposals to the Contracting Authority
- Support the project owner’s action with funding organizations in order to ensure the best management and mobilization of resources
Acceptance of works
- Establishment of glueing files for buildings and installations
- Preparation with companies of service and maintenance contracts
- Organization of provisional and final receptions
